CLUB METROPOLIS Presents...

Friday the 21st of April

S.K.E.T. (D)

AMBASSADOR 21 (BLR)

XENOFOBULUS

+ Re-Load Nightclub feat. resident DJs

As a continuation of our 13th anniversary, Club Metropolis presents the more extroverted, destructive side of dark electronic music as we bring you a barrage of industrial mayhem!!

East German comrades S.K.E.T. have recieved critical acclaim over the past couple of years, especially since the release of their full length album " Aktivist " on record label HANDS PRODUCTIONS. The album fused both the conventional aspects of martial industrial and power noise, including cold, bone scraping distortion and militant imagery and beats with hardcore techno/gabba and heavy, minimal electro/EBM - as well as rather unconventional influences such as ska and Russian folk music! The result was a dancefloor onslaught that even brought MASCHINENFEST '05 to its knees.

CLUB METROPOLIS Presents...

Friday the 17th of March

Rotersand (D)

Pride And Fall (N)

+ Re-Load Nightclub feat. resident DJs

For our 13th anniversary, Club Metropolis is proud to present one of the most innovative electronic bands in recent times, having just been on tour with Covenant and Client, rising stars Rotersand are in Denmark for the first time ever with their intelligent and masterfully produced clash of electro, rock, synth pop, EBM, hardstyle and heavy, furious industrial

tracks!

Likewise a huge name in the scene, Pride And Fall often used to be compared to the likes of VNV Nation, but have since then developed their very own style of electro/EBM, future and synth pop.

The Prodigy

NOTODDEN, Norway Mortiis will be featured on an episode of the Norwegian television show Lydverket on Wednesday, March 1.

The subject of the program is masks and images in rock music and Mortiis prosthetic-enhanced frontman made the band an obvious choice for the program. Noted for his unique image, the frontman of the same name began wearing a full mask in 1994 as part of the full Mortiis concept. Lydverket captures Mortiis 12 years later as the concept has evolved and Mortiis has begun removing the mask during live shows.

The Lydverket" crew followed Mortiis for nine months, filming and interviewing the band numerous times on tour in England and Norway and at photo shoots.
