OK Computer OPEN LAPTOP NIGHT is a new concept for LIVE electronic music in Oslo.
The stage is open for artists to play their own musical creations of any style including trip-hop, breakcore, dubstep, techno, ambient, electro, and many more from laptops. And its all original!
Theres also visuals by VJ Massacre and a wide selection of tasty beverages for your drinking pleasure.
The next one is 27th June 21:00 at Taxi Take Away (Maridalsveien 2, Oslo) So come and check out the new sounds of the electronic undergrounds. And bring yo mama.

OK computer arrangeres ca. månedlig og ser etter artister eller andre som tør prøve seg.
OK Computer Open Laptop Night at Taxi Take Away is a new concept for electronic music in Oslo. The stage is open for digital musicians to play their original set/mixes/tunes of any genre .. as long as its made by you - anything goes!
Its the perfect opportunity to take musical ideas out of the bedroom, practicing your set, hearing how it sounds on some big old speakers and have a laugh playing your own stuff out.
In the past we've had all kinds of music getting played from dubstep to breakcore, reggea to punk, drum n bass to electro, triphop to ambient soundscapes. If it makes a sound and it came out of your computer (or box attached to it ;D) we wanna hear it!
Normally sets are about half an hour and you'll get a couple of beers for your trouble ;)

Taxi er ganske lite ja :) Det var noen skikkelig bra Dubstep/Jungle mandager der før men de har gitt seg nå tror jeg.
Det stenger 00.30 så det blir nok et ganske hektisk program med fire artister fra 21.00-21.30.
Vi ser også etter artister til neste kveld i slutten av juni og eventuelt også i slutten av august. Det hadde vært gøy med noen synthere eller andre skumle sjangre så send en mail (på engelsk) til usual2005@yahoo.co.uk hvis du har en lattop som vil ut.

Har gått forbi der mange
Har gått forbi der mange ganger og tenkt at det så relativt slitent ut. Men har lyst til å ta en tur, virker som et kult konsept det der open laptop night.
