The Hellfire Club is proud to be able to present a true living industrial legend, live in Trondheim for the first time ever, when Deutsch Nepal graces us with a visit on friday the 5th of november this year.
And as support we are very proud to present the amazing italian martial neo-folk project Varunna !!
Deutsch Nepal is the solo-project of Lina Baby Doll (aka. Peter Andersson) from the swedish industrial cult band Njurmännen.
Lina Baby Doll formed Deutsch Nepal in 1991 and has since then released 8 studio albums and participated on numerous compilations and projects.
Deutsch Nepal started with a deep and fascinating industrial ambient sound, enriched by hypnotic rhythms, voice samples and repetitive structures, and has since then evolved into a deep dark ambient music.
Lina Baby Doll is one of the co-founders of the legendary swedish cult label Cold Meat Industry, on which many of Deutsch Nepals albums is released. Lina Baby Doll has worked with among others In Slaughter Natives, Brighter Death Now, Der Blutharsch and many many more. He also has lots of other active projects; such as Frozen Faces, Janitor and Bocksholm; and he even has his own record label called Entartete Musikk.
Deutsch Nepal is, together with In Slaughter Natives and Raison D´être, classified as the most distinguished artists of the early 1990s sound constructivists.
The name Deutsch Nepal is derived from the Amon Düül song of the same name.

Varunna is an italian martial neo-folk project from the HauRuck! label. Varunna plays mesmerizing and beautiful martial neo-folk with strong militant influences.
Varunna has released only one full length album plus one 10¨ ep and one 7¨ single; but has already gotten a strong following and reputation within the neo-folk scene.
Varunna live in Trondheim comes as a one-man-acoustic version of the band.
We can promise a night of darkness and light, cold intimacy, perversion and beauty. This will definitely be a night to remember and is surely a historical event in our city. Be sure NOT to miss this!
To set the mood for the evening and prepare for the concerts we have our very own DJ Isa and special guest DJ Nemo (Dark City) who will give a few very special DJ-sets containing dark ambient, neo-folk, martial, neoclassical and post-apocalyptical industrial.
In addition to all this Yours Truly Renegade Resident Hellfire DJs will be present to give you all you need of goth, deathrock, ebm, tbm, dustup, breakcore, hardcore and powernoise !!
