Spørreundersøkelse - masteroppgave
Enquiry for participation in a survey connected to my master study
I'm a masters student in Musicology at the University of Oslo and I'm writing my master thesis on music and movement. I want to find out in what way the connection between all the movements of a band on stage and the sound they make affects peoples evaluation of how good the experience was. This is an enquiry for your participation.
I want to analyse video/sound material from concerts, use the same video/sound material as a basis for an online survey. I will group the results from the survey in fitting blocks and then compare them to the results from the analysis to answer my question. The online survey will be public, placed on the servers at the University of Oslo and feature a few short video-clips with sound. After stating your age and gender you will be asked a few questions about your attitudes towards music and movement. After that you will see the video-clips, rate them with grades and explain the reason for your rating. The participants must be over 16 and I will recruit through facebook.com, myspace.com and other forums on the Internet as well as through friends and word to mouth. There will be a limit on 1000 participants.
This survey will not be anonymous as your IP-address will be logged, but no personal information will be used in my study. I'm under professional secrecy. It will take up about 15 minutes of your time after reading this. The material will be stored on my computer but it will all be deleted on June 30. 2011.
This survey is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time, no questions asked. By moving on, you consent to this statement.

Selv om jeg ikke fikk lov av
Selv om jeg ikke fikk lov av NSD å skrive noe mer "personlig" tilhørende dette infroskrivet (uten å søke spesifikt om det, noe jeg selvfølgelig ikke gidder), satser jeg på at jeg kan skrive litt i en svarspost.
Det er mulig noen husker at jeg har postet etter hjelp med oppgaven min tidligere (jeg tror i hvertfall jeg har gjort det her også). Nå har den forandret seg mye (til det veldig mye bedre) og jeg håper dere vil ta dere tid til å ta denne undersøkelsen. Det gjelder fremdeles musikk og bevegelse i konsertsammenheng (og tyngre sjangere).
Mer info, problemstilling osv finner dere på bloggen min bhegge.blogspot.com. Det er ikke meningen at den skal bli oppdatert så ofte, det er jo ingen som leser den uansett. Men den eksisterer for at jeg skal kunne oppsummere litt i blandt.
